Valheim 1.0 and the Deep North
Valheim spent five years in Early Access, and the last stretch moved fast: a date in June, the Deep North in September, then a run of fix patches. If you're coming back for 1.0, the line that matters most is the newest one. Iron Gate says more content is coming and won't say when. Read the biome guide if you haven't gone north yet, and the patch notes if your terrain edits keep undoing themselves.

What to watch next
- Iron Gate's next Word from the Devs post. The studio says the series is no longer monthly and will only run when there's news, so a content announcement has no fixed date to watch for.
- More fix patches. Iron Gate says bug-fixing and balancing continue alongside the content work.
