Players who enjoy bullet hell games and want to experience that genre in first-person: this is probably your next game. The horror aesthetic is a draw, not a barrier, if Junji Ito's work is already on your bookshelf, this one is working in your space.
Players who want an FPS with more mechanical complexity than standard shooter patterns: the bullet hell integration gives you something to learn. It's not a skill ceiling that resets on a timer, it compounds.
Players who don't enjoy either genre are going to find the game uncomfortable in two different ways at once. The demo is the right entry point for people on the fence.
