Chapter 3: Diving Suit of the Sunang Civilization

3. Hand over the items and upgrade the filter: AllThings.How gives four steps. Dive to about 72.2 m near the middle of the map for the Broken Breathing Apparatus, which sits on a bed marked with a yellow exclamation point and can move between dives. Collect the glowing stone from the pile of dead branches nearby, give both to Muna near the tents, then sleep. The next morning Muna says the Sunang diving suit rests in a temple close by, and the chapter begins.

The lake's Hydrogen Sulfide gets stronger the deeper you swim, and the Purification Filter is what protects Dave. AllThings.How lists two upgrades, paid to Muna in Doni and materials:

Chapter 5: Fruit of the Blue Divine Tree

6. Fetch the fruit: Three missions: Back to the Temple, Find the blue Divine Tree Fruit! and Return to the Village!. It is a short chapter that sends you out and back.

Chapter 6: Sea People Settlement

7. Open the settlement and prepare the bomb: Four missions: Another Sea People Tribe, Opening the Sea People Settlement, The Tyrant Xiphactinus and Muna's Bomb Preparation. The Tyrant Xiphactinus is the one named creature fight in the wiki's list.

Chapter 7: Deep Down

8. Finish with Bombs Away: The final chapter has one main mission, Bombs Away. The epilogue, Days in the Jungle, has no missions of its own, per the wiki.

What's new after you finish the story

MINTROCKET's 8/6 patch added village Spirits, which you meet once every villager's affinity is maxed. You rescue lost Spirits in the lake and place them to gather materials. It also brought back the Giant Wild Boar in Setah Forest, added three high-level monsters (Asian Water Monitor, Reticulated Python, Asian Forest Scorpion) and a Bull Shark that appears in the lake after you clear Sulong. Returning to the Blue Hole after the Jungle ending now grants extra rewards.
